The Food Business Internship Program, in partnership with Leo Vergara of Gang Gang Chicken and Holy Grill, was developed to provide the FamilESE Program Batch 2 completers an in-depth and hands-on training on how to start and/or develop their own food business.
Held from March to July 2021, the Internship Program reinforced the lessons from the FamilESE program– from brand and concept development to marketing strategy. As their culminating project, the interns developed sustainable and healthy food products that Move to Change Community wishes to bring to the market soon.
